File requirements
Vector art (best)
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with outlined fonts — scales to any size with no quality loss.
Raster art
300 DPI at final print size. PNG with transparency is ideal for DTF.
Embroidery
Simple, bold shapes reproduce best. Small text under 0.25" tends to fill in.
Screen printing
Separate each ink color on its own layer, or we'll separate it for you.
Color matching
Provide Pantone (PMS) references for brand-critical colors.
Bleed & safety
Add 0.125" bleed on printed goods and keep text 0.125" inside the trim.
