Using this site

By using this website, placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version posted here applies to your orders.

Orders, quotes and pricing

Prices shown online are estimates until a quote is approved or an order is confirmed. Custom items such as embroidery, patches, transfers, FlexStyle and organization programs are quoted per project with your artwork.

Once production begins, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Approved proofs are your authorization to print exactly what the proof shows — please review sizes, colors, spelling and artwork carefully.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own the rights to — or are licensed to use — all artwork, logos and images you submit, and that printing them does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline to reproduce material that is unlawful or infringing.

Artwork we create for you (design services, proofs, mockups) remains our work product until your order is paid in full, after which rights in the final delivered design pass to you.

Payment

Orders must be paid before or at production unless net terms have been approved in writing for your wholesale account. Late balances may pause production and shipping.

Shipping, turnaround and rush service

Turnaround times start after proof approval and payment, and exclude weekends, holidays and carrier transit. Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees; once a carrier picks up your package, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

Returns and reprints

If we made an error against your approved proof, we will reprint or refund it. Because every item is custom, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, and we are not responsible for errors in artwork you approved.

Accounts and wholesale program

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Wholesale tiers and reseller permissions are granted at our discretion and may be updated or revoked for misuse of the program.
